Joining and Registration
An annual registration fee (Club, CGA and SAGF) is payable at the beginning of each year.
All registered gymnasts will receive a Visions Club T-Shirt. New gymnasts must complete
and return a signed Club enrollment and indemnity form.

Dress Code
Girls :
Any of the following, Black, navy or royal blue leotard with or without matching ski pants.
Club or Gauteng leotard. Visions t-shirt and shorts.
Boys :
Any of the following, Club leotard with gymnastic shorts or Gauteng clothing.
Visions t-shirt and shorts.
Fees
Annual registration fee payable, in beginning of the year or upon joining, to Visions.
Full fees are payable for 11 months of the year.
Fees are payable in advance before / on the 7th of each month.
Methods of payment: Cash, electronic transfer or cheque.
No reduction for classes missed due to school tours, holidays etc.
Missed lessons can be made up - Speak to relevant coach re times.
In the event of serious illness / injury for longer than 6 weeks, reduction in costs can
be discussed. Contact office.
One months paid notice is required if classes are to be discontinued. Failing this,
one month’s notice will be charged. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
A clearance letter must be obtained before moving to another club.
Visions reserves the right to withhold entry to competitions or suspend classes if fees
are not up to date.
